These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by SureStep Automation ("we", "us", or "our"), including the SureStep Procurement application (the "App") and our website at surestepautomation.com (the "Site"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to bind the organization you represent, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

SureStep Automation provides business process automation services. SureStep Procurement is an application that automates procurement workflows through the WhatsApp Business API, including:

• Automated order processing and supplier communication via WhatsApp.
• Procurement data management and reporting.
• Integration with existing business tools and systems.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk messaging through the App.
• Violate WhatsApp's Business Policy or Meta Platform Terms.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of our services.
• Use our services to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

5. WhatsApp Business API Usage

Your use of SureStep Procurement through the WhatsApp Business API is subject to:

• WhatsApp's Business Solution Terms and Business Policy.
• Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
• All applicable messaging regulations in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from recipients before sending messages and for complying with all applicable opt-in/opt-out requirements.

6. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described therein. You retain ownership of your business data; we claim no ownership over content you provide.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, Site, and services (excluding your data) are owned by SureStep Automation. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions, including those caused by third-party services such as WhatsApp or Meta.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SureStep Automation from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the use of services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases, and you may request deletion of your data per our Data Deletion instructions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
